Harold Daggett, a 32-year-old resident of Austin, Texas, was arrested on 04/30/23 and charged with sexual assault. The arrest comes after a month-long investigation by the Austin Police Department's Special Victims Unit.
According to the arrest affidavit, the victim, a 25-year-old woman, reported to police that she was sexually assaulted by Daggett on 03/25/23. The victim told police that she had met Daggett at a bar earlier that evening and that they had gone back to his apartment to continue drinking.
